A doctor who can't ask a few basic questions or do a physical exam and determine something as basic as sex should not be practicing. And you are making the same mistake most uninformed people make — confusing sex and gender. A trans woman is a biological male, but they can be a woman, non-binary or any other gender they choose because gender has nothing to do with biology.

That's all I have to say on the issue because cognitive bias means very few people ever change their mind.
