Buccal fat removal doesn't make everyone "gaunt". Chrissie Tiegan doesn't look gaunt. I don't think Lea Michele had enough fat to merit the procedure in the first place, but I think she still looks good. Not that my opinion matters, it's only her choice what to do with her face.
