Four out of the five just sound like differences of opinion, expressed poorly. Someone telling you your overreacting or it’s not that serious is not always gaslighting you, they might genuinely think you’re overreacting and it’s not that serious, because personal perspectives on what constitutes a big deal are subjective.

I wouldn’t phrase it like that, but that’s a separate issue.
