Great article, thanks. It really irritates me when people say you're "throwing your money away" by renting — dude, I'm keeping a roof over my head, that's pretty important.

Renting makes sense for my lifestyle and income. I would probably buy if I came into a lump sum, but it would be a flat or house for me to live in; I'd never want to buy to let.
