I agree with you. I’m far more productive in the office, but I’ve got used to working from home so much that I dread the days I’m going in, purely because I have to get up earlier and force myself onto the tube. The central line in rush hour is nothing to look forward too!

As for the atmosphere not being back yet, I guess that’s something for management to mull over. In my office, we all have to come in once a week, on the same day, so we do get to catch up and chat when we’re in. Could you arrange with a small group of your colleagues to all go in on the same day?
