I am so, unbearably, unbelievably sick of people of people saying "we" don't want to go back to the office. YOU don't want to go back to the office. That is fine. I believe employers should offer the flexibility. However, many of us do not have space for a home office. Many of us live in 3-person flat shares that are not conducive to getting anything done. Some of us live in tiny studio apartments and are getting cabin fever. Some of us actually like our colleagues and miss seeing them. You don't want to go back to the office. We do.
