I can see the argument having queer actors play queer roles for sure, but I don’t see how Timothy is “queerbaiting” by appearing in a film about a gay man. He’s acting. Plus you’re projecting a lot onto him here, he’s never said he found playing gay roles to be “emasculating”. It seems unfair to make him sound homophobic when that’s actually your belief, not his.
