I can't see that ever applying to me. But my company is nice. I get a raise every year, plenty of "thanks for your work"s and they're very understanding of my needs now I have a chronic illness.

I think they should travel the world showing other management teams how it should be done. Outside of that though, freelancing had never appealed to me one bit. I like structure, routine and seeing the same people every day
