I didn't know that about garlic — great tip! I have to monitor my blood pressure because of my coterie of various diseases; so far it's normal, but I'll bear this in mind in case it ever does turn high one day.

If the anxiety is really troubling him , I find CBD oil really helps. I take it at night to sleep, but also sometimes in the day when Im stressed at work and it seems to chill me out.
