I don’t agree with that. Sitting on the railing of a balcony that high up is incredible reckless — I think he and his friend are both to blame. I wonder if the police really would have charged the friend, considering it was just a drunken accident? I can see why they didn’t take the risk, but the truth sets you free and all that.
