I don't get the point about the license being void if the subject is identifiable — if its a model, of course they'll be identifiable, but they should have signed a release?

We're aware of this issue at work, so when we're shooting students they try to avoid capturing anyone in the background if you can see their face, so I get that, but it's supposed to be okay if you have their consent! Bah!
