I don't know if it's specifically an income match women want when they talk about wanting a man to be on their level. I want to know a man will be on my intellectual level.

That's not specifically linked to education (I went to university and did postgraduate training, my partner started work at 18) but it probably does help for them to be in a similar level of job.
