I don't understand why there would be? Genuine question, is there a reason children need to be seen faster? Eight hours is a horrible wait though, I guess because demand is higher in colder weather. I waited four hours at Moorfields the other year, but I couldn't fault them for it, considering it turned out to just be a touch of conjunctivitis.
