I find this idea other women have of needing a man to be over 6 foot bizarre. Do they not know that the average height for a man is 5'10 in the UK and 5'9 in the USA? It's very rarely 6 feet.

At 5'11 I've always ended up with shorter men because I am literally taller than most men. My partner is shorter than me — I don't know by how much, he's never had his height measured. It's great because it means he's not insecure. I couldn't date a man who wasn't secure enough in his masculinity that he's threatened by a woman being taller than him.
