I have never met nor heard of a woman who actually treats abortion as birth control. Think about it, how would that make the slightest bit of sense? It’s more expensive, time-consuming and traumatic than just taking the pill or using a condom. No one would do this. Late-term abortions are also only granted where there is risk to the child or the mother in continuing the pregnancy, so that suggests more of a worrying trend in discovering late stage deformities in foetuses.
