I have to say, I've seen a few campaigns Dylan has been in and I haven't noticed anything about her behaviour that seemed "mocking". As for wearing "women's" clothes like a sports bra, plenty of cis men do that. You may as well say I'm mocking womanhood by wearing a bra when my boobs are small enough that I don't actually need one.
