I think it’s an absurd argument in general! I’m a drinker and frankly, I love alcohol, but I would never try to claim it’s the healthier choice, that’s why I try to follow the recommended guidelines and have at least three non-drinking days a week.

It’s like the thing with chocolate supposedly being good for you — yeah, one square a day is the ideal amount apparently. Who’s stopping at on one square?!
