It’s like people compete to professionally misunderstand the concept of privilege.

My white privilege literally just means I live within a political system that does not inherently disadvantage me because of my race.

That doesn’t mean I don’t struggle, or that nothing bad can ever happen to me. But then I suspect you really do know that, deep down.
