It's weird, I've never actually done 30, but I'm on a few survey sites, including YouGov and they always ask "Do you work full time (30+ hours per week)?". Like I've never seen anything different.

Might be the difference of counting/not counting lunch hours? I do 42.5 hours not discounting lunch breaks, 37.5 when I do.
