Nah. I don't live with my parents anymore, though I did on an off until I was 30. Now, people constantly tell me I'd be able to afford a bigger place if I moved out of London. Here's the thing: living in Home Counties made me miserable. I hated everything about it. London is my home. So it's very well and good for you to tell people to go move to wherever Tulsa is, but you're clearly not considering the impact that could have on someone's mental health if it's a place they really don't enjoy living.
Not to mention, everyone with a job should be able to afford to live in their home town, even if their home town is London or San Francisco or wherever. People being forced out of their homes by property prices/stagnant wages is hardly their fault.
