No. I learnt a long time ago that many other nations find it offensive that the US hogs the name of the continent all to itself, so I never do it. I also loathe USians assuming I am one of them, so I would be a hypocrite to do it myself.

I don't think our nomenclature is especially problematic, but you can of course just call England England and Wales Wales.
