Nope. People falsely equating with "millennial" with "20-something' is one of my biggest bugbears.

I guarantee when I say millennials, you probably think of 20-somethings as well. The youngest millennials are 26yrs old, and the oldest of us are 41years old. 41!

Nope. People falsely equating with "millennial" with "20-something' is one of my biggest bugbears.
People are also so stuck on our generation that they'll talk about "millennials" when they mean Gen Alpha!
