Thanks Rachel, great advice, that I'm trying to follow myself.

I'm 41 and cannot get off of the floor without using my hands. Also being owner to a rambunctious feline, this has disadvantaged me in several ways.

Not sure how much is former slovenliness and how much is chronic disease, but I'm gonna try and get over it anyway.
