Re: modelling, if you want girls to be a specific weight, you need to scout girls who ae already that size. Scouting models and then telling them 'oh, but only if you lose weight' is crazy to me. It would be just as stupid to hire me and then tell me that I need to put on a stone. Your body is your body, you can't fight it.
