That's shitty, but it's the US' own fault for not just paying workers a minimum liveable wage in the first place. Tipping culture is honestly so bizarre from an outside perspective.

Must work both ways too, I've seen so many posts from delivery drivers saying they spat in customers food or let it go cold because the proposed tip wasnt high enough for their standards.
