The culture around driving in the US is fascinating to me. Driving lessons in school as part of regular classes! Teenagers with cars!

Maybe US media presents an unrealistic picture of how likely it is that the average teen will own a car; I only know that when I was in school, only the very wealthy students had a car when they turned 17 (legal age to take lessons here).
