The problem is "narcissist" has become a synonym with "arsehole". When everyone's ex, mother, friend and dog is covert narcissist because they were rude to them one time the term gets diluted :(

I've been thinking the same about rape lately. Too many people saying "he eye raped me". No he didn't. That is not a thing and is indeed a perilous thing to say when survivors already have a hard time being believed.
