There's certainly a problem with women in particular not being believed, though sexism isn't profession-specific.

But the NHS absolutely has been systematically underfunded for at least 14 years and to be honest, probably more.

That's why waiting lists are so long and why there is a beds crisis pretty much permanently - neither of those could be caused by doctors' arrogance so far as I can tell.
