This one is really hard. I believe it's true, but can I criticise my dad for not being "positive" about his terminal diagnosis? No. I'm not sure I would be very positive either.

Btw, he had a very rare form of cancer only caused by asbestos, that is currently incurable. Not a "normal" cancer if that makes sense. Don't want to sound insensitive too
