We're having the same problem with the NHS at the moment. It's still free, obviously, but the guidance everywhere is dont go to A&E unless you can't breathe or have an injury that won't stop bleeding. My boyfriend's great aunt waited 19 hours in an ambulance after a fall. It's really, really scary. Fuck the Tories.
