What in the eugenics-tinged polemic is this? There is absolutely nothing special about 99.9% of people that means it’s of any benefit to the world for them have 'genetic' children. Adopted children are your children. Step children are your children. Or you could just not have children at all and watch how the world doesn’t explode afterwards.
