You’re right that it’s a privilege. Ever since Brexit people have been telling me “If you love the EU so much why don’t you move there?!” and like a) you literally voted to remove my ability to do so and b) lucky you to have no family or caring responsibilities tying you to the UK.

Even if you don’t, maybe you don’t want to uproot your life and move away from everyone and everything in your life?
